What Are Phone Credits?
Phone credits act like a prepaid balance that covers your calls and text messages inside FaithFunnels. Instead of being locked into fixed pricing, you only pay for what you actually use, giving you more control over your communication spend.
Cost Breakdown
Outbound Calls: $0.0154 per minute (~650 minutes for $10)
Inbound Calls: $0.0094 per minute (~1,065 minutes for $10)
Text Messages: $0.0087 per segment (1 segment = up to 160 characters; ~$10 covers about 1,150 segments)
How to Check & Add Credits
Log in to your FaithFunnels account (desktop)
Go to Settings in the side menu
Select Billing
From there, you can view your balance and add credits anytime
